General terms and conditions (GTC) for the meori online shop

§ 1 Scope
(1) The following general terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship between meori GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter meori) and a consumer in relation to the purchase and delivery of goods via the meori online shop, in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) “Consumer” within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in the online shop. The order is made in the following:
1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Confirm by clicking on the “ADD TO CART” buttons
3. Checking the information in the shopping cart
4. Pressing the “Checkout” button
5. Login to the online shop after registering and entering user information (email address and password) or as a guest without registering.
6. Re-examination or Correction of the data entered.
7. Selection of payment method and delivery address

9. Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button

Before the order is bindingly sent, the consumer can go back to the website where the consumer's information is recorded and correct input errors or Cancel the ordering process by closing your internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The offer is accepted in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within four weeks. If the deadline has expired without result, the offer is considered rejected.
(5) The consumer agrees that the personal data he has transmitted will be stored electronically by us. We are entitled to pass on the data required to process the contract to commissioned third parties to process the contract. The orders are stored with us.
§ 3 Prices, shipping costs
(1) The prices stated include statutory sales tax and other price components. In addition, there are shipping costs, which are shown and stated separately.

Right of withdrawal
You can return the goods you have received without giving reasons within 14 days by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. b by displaying the instructions in the online shop, as a letter, fax or e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations in accordance with Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph. 1 Sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Consequences of revocation

(1) If one of these general terms and conditions or another provision within the scope of this agreement is ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the other agreements.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all mutual claims is Hamburg.
(3) German law applies exclusively to all orders, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, including cross-border deliveries.
