customs duties
Any import duties are to be paid by the recipient. These are invoiced separately by the respective shipping service provider.

Returns
Despite all care, damage can occur during transport. In this case, we will of course refund you for the damaged items free of charge. Claims for transport damage must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods.

We would appreciate a statement of reasons for the return so that we can further improve our offer. For returns with a value of less than 40 euros, please send the goods to be returned with sufficient postage to the following address:
