General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the meori online shop

§ 1 Scope
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between meori GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter meori) and a consumer with regard to the purchase and delivery of goods via the meori online shop, in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Formation of a contract
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders via the meori online shop

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.  
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully going through the ordering procedure provided in the online shop. The order is made in the following:
1. Selection of the desired goods
2. Confirm by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button
3. Checking the information in the shopping cart
4. Click on the "Checkout" button
5. Login to the online shop after registering and entering the user details (e-mail address and password) or as a guest without registering.
6. Re-examination or correction of the entered data.
7. Choice of payment method and delivery address
8. Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions
9. Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button “COMPLETE ORDER”
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website by pressing the "CHANGE DATA" button after checking his details, on which the consumer's details are recorded and input errors can be corrected or the ordering process can be canceled by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email (confirmation of receipt). This does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The offer is accepted in writing, in text form or by sending the ordered goods within four weeks. If the deadline has expired without result, the offer is deemed to have been rejected.
(5) The consumer agrees that the personal data transmitted by him will be electronically stored by us. We are entitled to pass on the data required for contract processing to third parties commissioned to process the contract. The orders are stored with us.  

§ 3 prices, shipping costs
(1) The stated prices include the statutory sales tax and other price components. There are also shipping costs, which are each shown and specified separately.
(2) We accept payments by direct debit (iPayment), credit card (iPayment), Sofortüberweisung and Paypal.
§ 4 Delivery
(1) The goods are shipped from our warehouse to the delivery address you have specified
(2) Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, we will not ship the goods before receipt of payment.
§ 5 Retention of title
We reserve ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.
§ 7 Contract language
As contract language german will be available exclusively.
§ 8 Miscellaneous
(1) Should one of these general terms and conditions or any other provision within the framework of this agreement be ineffective, this does not affect the effectiveness of the other agreements.
(2) The place of jurisdiction for all mutual claims is Hamburg.
(3) German law applies exclusively to all orders, excluding the UN sales law, including in cross-border deliveries.
